On April 16, 2003, Northeast Educators had an opportunity to learn about ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act) and PI 34 (new licensure law) and about their bargaining implications. Educators met at Liberty Hall in Kimberly, Wisconsin to hear speakers from the Department of Public Instruction and
WEAC. The forum was sponsored by Bayland/UNE, CWUC, GBEA,
KMUC, WEAC-Fox Valley, WU and WEAC.
